This is one of the leanest cuts of beef and can be used for grilling, if tenderized, or as part of a stir fry, and even in Fajitas! The best way to get very thin slices of meat is to slightly thaw the meat until you can cut through it with a knife. The firmness of the meat allows you to cut super thin slices thus making it much more tender.
